If you are just starting in effi, you will see an untitled Project and an untitled Folder. To create more projects click the “+ Create a new project” in the light gray box on the effi web dashboard. You will be presented with two options: whether to make an Effi only Project or a JIRA Sync Project. Choose the one you wish to create. An empty Project will appear. Give the project a new title. The projects and folders are arranged alphabetically and can not be rearranged. Projects and folders that start with special characters and numbers will be placed at the top. The Jira Sync Projects will be placed above Effi only projects. If the folder Zebra disappears from view when you hit enter make sure to check the bottom of the page before panicking.  

Folders are much the same way. To create a new folder within a project locate the black “+” sign at the far left of the folder. When clicked a new folder should appear. Title the folder and press enter.
